I'm a physiotherapist with 12 years experience. I have helped rehabilitate the injuries of many golfers from amateurs to professionals. This has included touring professionals and England golfers.
At my facility, I treat golfers with all injuries combining manual techniques (for short-term benefits) with gym-based exercise (for more long-term benefits, and injury prevention). I always like to work closely with your golf coach to create a team approach covering every aspect of your return.
I am certified with the Golf Performance Network and the Titleist Performance Institute.
I have a BA in Sports Science from Durham University, and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Birmingham University. I am currently studying for a PGCert in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary's University.
Although golf is my specialism, I'm also very experienced and happy to treat adult and adolescent injuries from racquet sports, football, rugby, cricket, running, post-surgical, and persistent pain.

Injuries in golf are extremely common. Injury can affect your performance on the course, or even your ability to play at all...lets work together to change this!
Research has indicated that regularly taking part in a structured strength and conditioning exercise program will improve your resilience to injury, as well as increasing the force capabilities of your golf swing.
These two combined will take your golf to new heights!
